1. Overview
By accessing and using AgentCourses ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by AgentCourses. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Products & Licensing
When you purchase a product on AgentCourses:
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning purposes.
- You may download the eBook in all available languages for personal use.
- You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publish the content in any form.
- You may not use the content to train AI models or for automated data extraction.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method. We issue receipts via Stripe to the email associated with your account.
4. Accounts
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Purchases are linked to your Google email address.
5. Updates
Purchased products include 1 year of free updates from the date of purchase. After this period, you retain access to the version you have, but new updates may require a separate purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on AgentCourses — including text, code examples, designs, and branding — is the intellectual property of AgentCourses and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. AgentCourses is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the content, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
